Owning a house on Plooshy Island comes with a range of utilities and benefits, including the ability to mine for valuable resources such as . These resources can be mined from beneath the player's property and are highly sought after for their utility.
Additionally, landowners may welcome visitors to their homes, offering them the opportunity to also collect crystals and socialize within their cozy private space.
House owners therefore have to buy a Crystal Amplifier to ‘spawn’ Crystals on their ground. Once they are spawned, they can set an "entry fee" for other players, so everyone who can afford the entry fee can mine. And it's not just friends, it's an open market!
While the foundation of the houses, e.g. walls and roof is not customizable because this is the actual NFT which is static and can be openly exchanged via marketplaces like Opensea, players can decorate the interiors to their heart's content, personalizing their space with a wide array of decorative items.
The garden around your house and the inside of your house is fully customizable!
With endless possibilities for creativity and expression, property on Plooshy Island thereby represents cozy sanctuaries where players can house their beloved Plooshies and host visitors.
For those who prefer not to invest in a house, we provide the option to stay in one of our three apartment buildings. Here, players can personalize their own rooms, creating a cozy space to relax and recharge after a day full of adventures. Unlike houses, apartments are shared by multiple players, similar to a hotel, and do not include private gardens. As a result, players in apartments cannot spawn their own Plooshy Crystals, which is also the key distinction between houses and apartments.
