# Set Building

Set-building mechanics introduce a new dimension to NFT ownership, allowing players to assemble curated sets of **Plooshies** with various features. By strategically collecting different **Plooshies** and completing sets, players can unlock unique bonuses to their **Plooshy** experience!\
\
Each season focuses on different sets and achievements, for example, the first season rewarded the top 10 Plooshy holders with individually designed mansions on Plooshy Island. Season 2 was all about Legendary and Family Sets where owners of these walked away with free mints for [large and mid-sized houses](/plooshy-island/game-mechanics/houses-and-apartments.md).
